Map Your AI Opportunities

Most businesses know AI could help them. Very few know where to start. The audit below takes two hours and produces a prioritized list of automation opportunities specific to your operation.

Step One — Map Your Highest-Friction Workflows

Write down every recurring task your team does more than once a week. Do not filter for feasibility yet. Just list them. You are looking for anything that involves moving information from one place to another, generating the same type of output repeatedly, or waiting on someone else to do something manual before you can proceed.

Step Two — Score by Volume and Pain

For each item on your list, score it on two dimensions. How often does it happen, and how much does it slow things down. Anything that scores high on both is a candidate. Anything that scores high on only one is secondary.

Step Three — Identify the Data

For each high-priority candidate, ask one question. Does the information needed to automate this already exist somewhere in your systems. If the answer is yes, the path to automation is straightforward. If the answer is no, that is a data infrastructure problem to solve first.

Where to Go From Here

A two-hour audit will not tell you how to build anything. It will tell you what to build first. That sequence matters more than most businesses realize. Starting with the highest-impact automation rather than the most interesting one is the difference between ROI in month one and ROI in month twelve.
